• Soil erosion and water pooling that not only hurts your plants and lawn but can actually damage your home's foundation which can lead to serious water ingress, foundation cracking and basement flooding. Since concrete is porous, the pooling water will slowly be absorbed into the living space creating mold and mildew - sometimes referred to as "the silent killer".

• Swollen or severely damaged siding

• Falling or cracked gutters - the weight from the accruement of debris combined with rusting and cracking can lead gutters to break and detach

• Ruined deck and patio - water leaking from your gutter will fall and pool on your deck in large amounts, damaging the wood
